With our busy life, six children in multiple sports, both working and coaching, we did not have to worry about our needs being met. Lisa, I know you emailed this to us a long time ago, but I knew we'd buy a home from you too so I waited until now to fill it out. Hi, We have closed on your real estate transaction and I hope I met your expectations. I am always trying to better serve my clients. Therefore I was wondering if you wouldn't mind filling in a survey for me and possibly submitting a testimonial about your experience with me as your Realtor. And it is okay to be completely honest. 1) What are two things I did well? Lisa and Joe made our home selling and buying experience painless. They treated us more like good friends rather than clients. Lisa and Joe were always available either by phone or email and extremely prompt in getting information to us. They helped with the staging of the house which was above and beyond. I know the other realtor we looked at didn't offer it and wanted to sell or home for $10,000 less and wanted more of a percentage from the sale of the house. 2) What are two things I could improve on? I honestly can't think of anything. I was so impressed that Joe and Lisa actually came to our house with a resume and references. They truly are like no other realtors we've come across. If I had to name something...next time bring starbucks ;o) 3) Would you recommend me to your friends and family? I recommend them to anyone who will listen to me. I truly feel comfortable recommending them not only to friends, but also my family. I know they will do a phenomenal job!

My husband and I decided to sell our house so we had a realtor from Prudential come out and talk to us. She said she would get back to us the next day with comps of the area. We actually had to ask her for them a week later. Then she wanted to sell our house for $10,000 less than what we had in mind. We didn't get a good vibe from her so we looked elsewhere. We ended up seeing Lisa's ReMax ad in one of those magazines they keep for you to read while your waiting for your take-out food. I called and it was the best thing we could have done. Lisa came out to the house with her resume and references. She talked to us about comps in the area, how to stage our house so it would sell faster, if we wanted an open house, and her advertising strategies. By the end of our meeting I knew we had picked the right person. Her personality and professionalism had won us over. Our calls and concerns were always promptly answered. She took care of every little detail. We had two full price offers on our house the same day it came on the market. We were so impressed we used her to help us find our next dream home. We moved out of state for a year all the while Lisa never stopped looking for our perfect house. She kept in constant contact with us. Once we found the house we wanted Lisa and Joe went above and beyond what was expected of them. They negotiated for us, offered advice when we weren't sure what to do, answered all our questions and concerns, met with the inspector when we couldn't. After the sale of the house when most agents are long gone Joe and Lisa kept in contact with us to see that things were going well and we were happy with the house. I consider them more than just our realtors. I'd say they are good friends and I would and do without hesitation recommend them all my family and friends looking to buy or sell a home.

We met the Carpenter family at a house we had listed. That home needed more work than what they were willing to do. Joe helped them negoiate an awesome deal on a FSBO home. Joe also got them a home warranty which proved to be very valuable when the furnace stopped working. We also helped them process the paperwork to sell their current home to their parents. The Goeken family was relocated to our area from Eastern Washington. They knew what they wanted and they wanted a good deal being that it was a buyers market. They submitted an offer and was rejected, they submitted an offer on another house got it accepted but found out the siding was bad.
